For hygiene reasons, we are not allowing general browsing or same-day booking at the current time.
Can I exchange the item for one of the same value?
Cel-ga team must be informed within 14 days of receipt of delivery of your intention to return any item.
All 'returned' goods must be delivered to Cel-ga store in the same condition as they were sent.
Refund of purchase price less a 15% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
Postage and Packing will not be refunded. for further information please refer to Terms & Conditions.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e. photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to Cel-ga team immediately. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept by you in order to process a successful compensation claim.
The Cel-ga team will securely package your items, in the rare occasion of damaged on arrival, please contact us at with your sales reference number and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
